Recommended use

Maintenance use: Take 1 capsule daily.

Purify Program use: Take 3 capsules daily. May be taken with a meal or alone. Capsules may also be opened and sprinkled on food or mixed in beverages.

What is the Purify Program and Kit?

Purify is the first step to achieving Elite Health, and Elite Health can only be achieved by maintaining a healthy microbiome. The Program was designed to target the microbiome and help restore its balance by eliminating harmful microbes and feeding helpful microbes. This is a one-week program that includes taking the products, adhering to the meal plan, and exercising for 30 minutes every day.
